Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant – Internal Medicine (Full-Time)

About the role

Revere Health is seeking a motivated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its Internal Medicine team in Orem, Utah. The role involves delivering high‑quality, value‑based patient care within a collaborative, patient‑centered environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient examinations and gather medical histories.
• Interpret clinical data to formulate preliminary diagnoses and therapeutic plans.
• Collaborate with physicians to manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic and laboratory tests.
• Perform approved therapeutic or diagnostic procedures as needed.
• Prescribe medications or recommend treatment options in accordance with state regulations.
• Document all patient interactions accurately in the medical record.
• Communicate clearly with patients, addressing questions and concerns.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and apply feedback to enhance performance.

Required profile

• Successful completion of national certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
• Current, unrestricted license/certification to practice in the State of Utah.
• Demonstrated clinical judgment and ability to make informed decisions.
