North America Supply Planning Lead – Personal Health

About the role

Join Philips as the North American Region (NAR) Supply Planning Lead within the Personal Health business and build a world‑class Supply Planning Hub from the ground up. You will lead strategy, operations, talent and digital transformation to achieve end‑to‑end supply chain excellence for a rapidly growing global business.

Key responsibilities

• Build, recruit and lead a global team of Supply Planners and define the operating model, governance and long‑term strategy.
• Align demand and supply across North America, optimizing product availability, inventory, lead time, waste and total value‑stream cost.
• Implement rule‑based planning, world‑class standards and AI‑enabled insights to enable scalable growth.
• Drive regional and global Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE) processes, including supply review and long‑term planning optimization.
• Represent the North America region on the Global Planning and Distribution Leadership Team and partner with factories, global planning and key stakeholders.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in S&OP, supply planning, demand planning or related supply chain fields.
• 5+ years of direct people‑leadership experience, preferably in a global organization.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Analytics or a related discipline.
• U.S. work authorization and ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and be onsite at least three days per week.

Required skills

• Advanced knowledge of SAP.
• Experience with Oracle ERP, Blue Yonder Supply Planning or Kinaxis.
• Familiarity with emerging AI technologies for planning and analytics.
