Night Shift Truck Dumper

About the role

The Truck Dumper works the second (night) shift to move trucks and trailers around the facility, ensuring raw‑material trailers are dumped safely and efficiently. This position supports continuous production by maintaining a steady flow of material and keeping the dock area orderly.

Key responsibilities

• Dump raw‑material trailers in a safe, timely manner to maintain a consistent material mix.
• Clean trailers after dumping to meet customer specifications.
• Position trailers in the holding lot for next‑day routes.
• Maintain cleanliness of the Bartlett lift tractor and dock area after each dump.
• Perform general labor tasks throughout the facility as needed.
• Follow all company safety rules and prioritize a safe work environment.

Required profile

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Manufacturing, industrial, or agricultural experience preferred.
• Prior experience operating a tractor or Bartlett lift tractor preferred.
• Basic math ability and good oral/written communication.
• Willingness to work nights and weekends as required.
• Pass a pre‑employment drug screen and background check.
