Night Billing Clerk

About the role

We are looking for a Night Billing Clerk to join our Wilmington, OH service center. The role supports the finance and operations teams during the evening shift, ensuring accurate billing and smooth communication.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls on a multi‑line phone system and route them to the appropriate contacts.
• Enter billing data and process driver paperwork accurately.
• Assist dispatchers with documentation and information requests.
• Perform general data‑entry tasks and maintain organized records.
• Handle additional duties as assigned by management.

Required profile

• Strong data‑processing ability and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment with a sense of urgency.
• Typing speed of at least 30 WPM with accuracy.
• Dependable, well‑organized and proficient in time management.
• Computer literate with solid office and communication skills.
• Willingness to work onsite during the night shift.

• Starting pay of $17.00 per hour.
• Full‑time schedule: Monday‑Friday, 1:30 pm – 10:00 pm.
