New Product Introduction Pilot Operator III

About the role

This role supports new production introduction projects at Philips' Plymouth, MN facility, operating development equipment and assisting the development teams.

Key responsibilities

• Operate development equipment for assembling and processing development products.
• Assist development teams to define process procedures and parameters.
• Measure and record established process parameters.
• Document all required entries in the Lot History Record.
• Comply with Good Manufacturing Practices regarding material labeling, SOPs, and segregation.

Required profile

• Some experience in a cleanroom production assembly environment (preferred).
• Ability to routinely use a microscope and possess good hand‑to‑hand and hand‑to‑eye coordination.
• Capability to stand for extended periods and meet physical, cognitive, and environmental job requirements.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to work in a regulated environment, and understand SOPs.
• Willingness to work first‑shift, Monday‑Thursday 5 am‑3:30 pm, independently or with others.
