Machine Operator I – New Product Introduction

About the role

This position supports new production introduction projects at Philips’ Plymouth, MN facility. The operator will set up and run machines that assemble and process individual products while ensuring strict quality and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and operate assembly machines according to established process parameters.
• Perform comprehensive quality checks at each production stage to maintain product integrity.
• Report any disturbances or deviations to the Manufacturing group leader for rapid resolution.
• Operate all relevant tools and equipment, handling both standard and complex tasks while following safety standards.

Required profile

• Experience in a cleanroom production assembly environment, with a preference for prior machine operation.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures.
• Capability to work both independently and as part of a team on a first‑shift schedule (Monday‑Thursday, 5 am‑3:30 pm).
