New Graduate Customer Strategy & Operations (Valkyrie)

About the role

Join Candid Health as a New Graduate Customer Strategy & Operations specialist, internally called a “Valkyrie”. You will own a portfolio of healthcare provider customers, drive their success on the platform, and translate their pain points into product improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of customer accounts and drive retention, expansion, and success.
• Analyze claims data to uncover denials, revenue leakage, and build actionable plans.
• Lead end‑to‑end implementations: map workflows, configure the platform, coordinate internal teams, and launch customers.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to turn recurring problems into AI‑powered features and automations.
• Document and build new SOPs, templates, and playbooks to scale the team.

Required profile

• Graduating Fall 2026 or Spring 2027 (or recent graduate) from a top undergraduate program.
• Proven track record of owning outcomes in internships, projects, or work experience.
• Analytical mindset with a passion for data‑driven insights.
• Builder mentality – you fix broken processes rather than work around them.
• Clear communicator in writing, on calls, and in presentations.
• Coachability, grit, and a willingness to tackle uncomfortable challenges.
