Neurovascular Field Sales – San Antonio/Austin

About the role

Rapid Medical is expanding its field sales presence in the San Antonio/Austin region. The role supports the launch and adoption of innovative neurovascular devices that treat stroke and complex aneurysms, directly influencing patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Build and grow relationships with neurointerventional physicians, hospital stroke teams, and key accounts across the territory.
• Maintain a daily cadence of sales calls, case coverage, stroke‑call support, and clinical education.
• Provide in‑servicing and procedural/clinical support in neuro‑suite environments.
• Identify, qualify, and grow new business opportunities to drive adoption of Rapid Medical technologies.
• Partner with the Regional Manager on territory strategy, forecasting, and quarterly business reviews.
• Represent Rapid Medical at society meetings and trade shows.
• Maintain accurate activity, case‑coverage, and account records.

Required profile

• Proven experience in medical device or healthcare sales, preferably within neurovascular or stroke care.
• Strong ability to develop relationships with physicians and multidisciplinary hospital teams.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and comfortable working independently in the field.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the San Antonio/Austin territory.
