Network Planning Specialist

About the role

Join Nestlé Waters & Premium Beverages as a Network Planning Specialist, responsible for end‑to‑end inventory deployment, allocation, and network planning decisions. You will balance service levels, working capital, capacity, and waste while supporting a portfolio of iconic beverage brands. This role operates across planning, logistics, and execution teams to drive data‑informed decisions under uncertainty.

Key responsibilities

• Own short‑ and mid‑term inventory deployment across plants, distribution centers, and regions to meet service, cost, and inventory targets.
• Identify supply risks using horizon‑based analysis and lead cross‑functional resolution of inventory imbalances and service risks.
• Define allocation strategies, prioritization rules, and inventory segmentation policies, making final mitigation decisions aligned with Order‑to‑Cash and commercial inputs.
• Engage with planning forums, provide data‑driven insights, and ensure alignment between planning assumptions and operational constraints.
• Develop KPI reporting (COF, waste, capacity utilization) and lead continuous‑improvement initiatives to reduce cost and optimize working capital.
• Maintain master data in planning systems (SAP, OMP) and drive system/process enhancements for better visibility.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2‑5+ years in supply chain, demand/supply planning, transportation, or customer service within fast‑paced, cross‑functional environments.
• Strong analytical ability to turn data into actionable decisions.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Power BI (preferred).
• Planning systems experience (e.g., SAP, OMP).
• Ability to work with large datasets and perform scenario modeling.
