Network Customer Relationship Manager

About the role

We are looking for a customer‑focused professional to manage a portfolio of network and telecom accounts. You will combine consultative selling with responsive service to protect revenue, improve retention, and grow bookings through renewals, upgrades, and new sales opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of network customer accounts, driving renewals, upgrades and new sales.
• Own re‑term, renewal and upgrade opportunities from outreach to execution, coordinating internal teams, carriers and vendors.
• Apply network and telecom expertise, account data and business context to recommend solutions and develop business cases.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for customer issues, handling move, add, change and disconnect requests.
• Maintain accurate account documentation, manage a disciplined pipeline and identify process improvements.

Required profile

• Experience supporting network, telecom, internet, data or related cloud and connectivity solutions.
• Strong consultative selling and customer‑service mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and time‑sensitive requests with minimal supervision.
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships with decision‑makers, IT teams, carriers and internal stakeholders.
• 3+ years of client relations or account management experience.
