About the role

Infosys is seeking a .Net Developer to join its SURE (Services, Utilities, Resources, Energy) unit in Los Angeles. The role focuses on building and supporting .NET applications that enable digital transformation for clients in the services and energy sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Document and elicit business requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Facilitate design discussions and capture design decisions for development teams.
• Develop, enhance, and integrate new features into existing .NET applications while ensuring system stability.
• Perform code reviews, manage code repositories, and apply best‑practice coding standards.
• Design and execute test strategies, analyse results, and coordinate bug‑fixes.
• Create user training materials, documentation, and support frameworks for smooth application roll‑out.
• Diagnose and resolve production issues, proposing preventive measures to improve reliability.
• Maintain detailed records of code changes, testing procedures, and support activities.

Required profile

• Strong collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage end‑to‑end SDLC phases from requirement gathering to implementation.
• Experience delivering high‑quality software solutions in a consulting or enterprise environment.
