About the role

Infosys is looking for a .Net Developer to join its Manufacturing unit in Lisle, Illinois. You will work as a Technology Consultant 2, helping clients in automotive, aerospace, defense, and industrial manufacturing transform their operations with digital solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Document business requirements and contribute to the elicitation process.
• Facilitate design discussions, capture design decisions, and guide the technical team.
• Develop new features, integrate updates, and ensure system stability.
• Perform code reviews, modify the codebase, and maintain repositories.
• Define and execute test strategies, analyse results, and coordinate bug fixes.
• Create user training materials, documentation, and support frameworks.
• Resolve production issues and propose preventive measures to improve reliability.
• Maintain detailed records of code, testing techniques, and support activities.

Required profile

• Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills.
• Ability to manage end‑to‑end SDLC phases from requirements to implementation.
• Skill in translating complex requirements into actionable development tasks.
• Passion for design and hands‑on coding.
