Neonatologist – Full-time Role

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Neonatologist to join our dynamic Medical Group team. You will provide compassionate, evidence‑based care to newborns and their families across multiple NICUs, working in a collaborative environment that values professional growth.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive medical care to premature and critically ill newborns.
• Attend deliveries and manage day‑to‑day NICU and newborn nursery patients.
• Perform ventilator management, laboratory review, family consultations, and multidisciplinary rounds.
• Utilize advanced therapies such as HFOV, HFJV, inhaled nitric oxide, and therapeutic hypothermia.
• Collaborate with obstetricians, pediatricians, nurses, and other specialists.
• Participate in clinical research and quality‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Medical degree from an accredited institution.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neonatology.
• Strong clinical and communication skills with a commitment to high‑quality care.
• Experience in NICU settings and familiarity with advanced neonatal therapies.
