About the role

Revere Health is seeking a dedicated NCV/EMG Technician to join its Southern Utah Spine and Rehab team in St George. The technician will support physicians by performing nerve conduction velocity (NCV) and electromyography (EMG) studies on patients, ensuring a smooth and efficient exam process.

Key responsibilities

  • Prepare patients for EMG examinations and assist physicians during testing.
  • Conduct NCV tests on upper and lower extremities.
  • Maintain clean and organized exam rooms and equipment.
  • Perform clerical duties such as obtaining and distributing EMG reports.
  • Replenish lab supplies and manage inventory for the examination area.

Required profile

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Basic knowledge of physiology and anatomy.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Ability to stand, walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lb.
  • Willingness to work in an environment with potential exposure to body fluids.

Required skills

  • NCV testing.
  • EMG testing.
  • Operation of sensitive EMG equipment.
