About the role
ParetoHealth is seeking a National Strategic Account Manager to drive growth and retention of its top national brand partners. You will work closely with senior leadership to identify expansion opportunities, manage agency reviews, and support strategic events across the United States.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with national and regional leaders to target offices and producers for growth, using data‑driven go‑to‑market strategies.
- Prepare and manage regular agency reviews, following up on action items with SVPs and RVPs.
- Lead pre‑ and post‑event planning, including regional meetings, conferences, and webinars, and provide analysis to senior leaders.
- Execute local strategy plans by expanding new office and broker relationships and driving leads with RVPs.
- Coordinate annual calendar of support for national accounts to ensure growth and retention.
- Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with strategic partners, understanding their unique needs.
- Represent ParetoHealth at national events, conferences, and forums to build brand awareness.
- Track KPIs, develop partnership scorecards, and support SVPs/RVPs with market insights.
Required profile
- Proven ability to develop and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with strategic partners.
- Experience coordinating with senior leadership (SVPs, RVPs) on partnership initiatives.
- Strong analytical mindset to use market data for strategy development.
- Excellent communication skills for representing the company at external events.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, events, and agency reviews simultaneously.
