Multimedia Production Specialist II

About the role

The Teaching and Learning Innovation team at Mays Business School seeks a creative Multimedia Production Specialist II to design and deliver high‑quality video and digital content that enhances educational experiences. You will manage projects from concept through final delivery, supporting faculty, instructional designers, and learners.

Key responsibilities

• Independently execute post‑production workflows for standard multimedia projects.
• Coordinate production timelines and collaborate with subject‑matter experts.
• Select or create supporting media elements such as b‑roll, graphics, and motion assets.
• Maintain media asset management systems and ensure compliance with brand and accessibility guidelines.
• Occasionally work evenings, weekends, or travel as project needs dictate.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• At least two years of professional multimedia production experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to interpret academic content and produce engaging multimedia assets.
