Multicraft Maintenance Technician

About the role
We are looking for an Instruments & Electronics Multi‑Craft Technician to join our maintenance team at Celgard in Concord. This night‑shift position (7 pm – 7 am) starts with a 3‑6 month day‑shift training period and then moves to night operations, supporting the production of high‑performance membrane battery separators.
Key responsibilities
- Perform instrumentation and electrical maintenance on complex machinery.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical equipment breakdowns.
- Analyze failure causes and recommend improvements.
- Ensure compliance with all safety policies and procedures.
- Lead and guide peers on repairs or projects and assist in training lower‑level technicians.
Required profile
- Willingness to work night shifts after completing day‑shift training.
- Ability to follow safety standards and documentation.
- Strong problem‑solving mindset for mechanical and electrical issues.
