Multi-Site Maintenance Technician with $1,000 Sign-On Bonus

About the role

The Multi‑Site Maintenance Technician ensures that buildings, grounds, amenities and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for safety, appearance and functionality across multiple properties. The role includes a $1,000 sign‑on bonus and competitive hourly pay.

Key responsibilities

• Complete resident service requests and preventative maintenance work orders, diagnosing issues and performing repairs in line with safety standards and code requirements.
• Execute the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, including inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor coordination, repairs, and final inspections.
• Maintain inventory of tools, supplies and equipment, tracking usage and notifying supervisors of re‑order needs.
• Assist with grounds upkeep, pressure‑washing, trash removal, and painting of curbs and signage.

Required profile

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb ladders and lift up to 25 lb independently (50 lb with assistance).
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions and on a flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Valid driver’s license for operating a golf cart when required.

Required skills

• EPA Type I, Type II or Universal certification for refrigerant recycling.
• All state and local certifications required for service technicians.
