MuleSoft Consultant – Project Lead (Charlotte, NC)

About the role

Infosys is seeking a MuleSoft Consultant to lead integration projects for clients in Charlotte, NC. The role sits within the Enterprise Application Integration Services (EAIS) unit and focuses on delivering end‑to‑end solutions using MuleSoft and related cloud integration technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Define project objectives and scope aligned with business goals, coordinating with stakeholders.
• Lead sprint planning, facilitate meetings with technical teams and senior client representatives.
• Evaluate deliverables, introduce new methodologies and tools to improve execution.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks, embedding quality planning into workflows.
• Develop project estimates, monitor budgets and optimise resource allocation.
• Support preparation of technical and commercial proposals tailored to client needs.
• Plan resource allocation, conduct performance appraisals and drive professional development of the team.
