About the role

Infosys is seeking an experienced MS SQL Database Administrator to join its Retail, Consumer Goods, and Logistics unit in Omaha, NE. The role involves supporting database environments, ensuring performance, and contributing to software development initiatives within an agile delivery framework.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in interviews and workshops to capture user requirements and document stakeholder needs.
• Participate in design discussions, create process documentation, and develop code according to specifications.
• Execute test plans, analyze results, report defects, and support integration of new software features.
• Monitor and troubleshoot live applications, resolve production issues promptly, and maintain comprehensive documentation.
• Document coding practices, testing methodologies, and technical solutions to enrich the team’s knowledge base.

Required profile
