About the role

We are seeking reliable and hardworking Movers / Moving Helpers to join our team in Jersey City, NJ. The role involves assisting with both residential and commercial moves, ensuring items are packed, transported, and placed safely.

Key responsibilities

  • Load and unload furniture, boxes, appliances, and other household items.
  • Safely carry and move heavy furniture and belongings.
  • Wrap, pad, and protect items to prevent damage.
  • Organize and secure items inside moving trucks.
  • Assist with packing and unpacking as needed.
  • Navigate stairs, hallways, elevators, and doorways while moving items.
  • Follow instructions from the driver, crew leader, or supervisor.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area and communicate professionally with customers.

Required profile

  • Physically capable of lifting and carrying 50+ lbs repeatedly.
  • Reliable, punctual, and positive attitude.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
  • Professional appearance and customer‑service orientation.
  • Weekend availability preferred.
