Middle Affiliate Manager – AI Product

About the role

We are looking for a Mid‑level Affiliate Manager to lead and expand our AI‑driven product affiliate program. You will work remotely with a global team, managing partner relationships, optimizing performance, and ensuring seamless technical integration.

Key responsibilities

• Onboard and scale existing affiliate partners across CPA, RevShare and Hybrid models, including creative selection, landing‑page setup and tracking configuration.
• Monitor daily and weekly KPIs (traffic quality, conversion, CPA/ROI) and collaborate with partners to improve under‑performing placements.
• Maintain tracking and reporting infrastructure, resolve data discrepancies and ensure accurate postback/S2S flows.
• Keep the partner database up‑to‑date with contacts, terms, geos and status.
• Support Business Development in launching new custom partnerships, handling technical setup and initial optimisation.
• Track competitor affiliate programs and share relevant insights with the team.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of full‑cycle affiliate account management experience.
• Strong understanding of CPA, CPL, CPS, RevShare and Hybrid models, channel economics and fraud risk.
• Proficiency in Business English for written communication and partner calls.
• Comfortable using AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT.

Required skills

• Technical literacy in tracking, pixels and postback/S2S implementation.
• Experience with attribution systems and basic API usage.
