Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Lead Manager

About the role

Protiviti is looking for a Technology Consulting Manager (Lead Manager) to join its growing Microsoft Dynamics 365 team, based in Columbus with additional locations in Indianapolis North and St. Louis. As a manager you partner with clients to solve complex business problems, build lasting client relationships, act as an ambassador of Protiviti in the market, and mentor, train and coach consultants and senior consultants.

Key responsibilities

• Implement, customize and support clients' financial systems, including Project Operations functionality
• Lead the implementation of D365 Finance modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Budgeting, Cash and Bank Management, Forecasting, Planning and Project Operations
• Configure and customize D365 Finance and Project Operations to meet client needs, and optimize project accounting, costing, invoicing, resource management and revenue recognition
• Work with independent software vendors to integrate third-party solutions with D365 Finance and Project Operations
• Build business relationships and a professional network, including with senior executives, and help prepare client proposals and strategies to win new business
• Lead and supervise teams, including performance appraisals, mentoring, coaching, oversight of work and cross-team coordination

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline such as Finance, Accounting, Information Systems or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in professional services or industry
• Demonstrated experience leading D365 Finance implementations and customizations, and optimizing Project Operations
• Interest in project management, team leadership and client relationship building

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and secondary emphasis on Visio and Access
• Preferred: Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications, CPA or similar

• Hybrid workplace combining in-person work in local offices and client sites with remote work, with variable remote-to-in-person ratios
• Salary range of $117,000-$187,000, with a 12% bonus target and total cash range of $131,040-$209,440
