Mergers and Acquisitions Associate

About the role

This position offers a chance to move beyond traditional Financial Due Diligence and join a leading integrated M&A advisory platform. You will work side‑by‑side with elite M&A bankers, valuation specialists, and senior deal advisors, gaining a comprehensive view of the full transaction lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Support complex buy‑side and sell‑side due diligence engagements for private‑equity and corporate clients.
• Collaborate with investment bankers, valuation experts, and capital‑markets professionals on integrated transactions.
• Develop a deep understanding of each stage of a deal, from diligence to commercial strategy.
• Build trusted client relationships and contribute to commercial discussions and transaction strategy.
• Learn from senior leadership committed to developing the next generation of M&A advisors.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of experience in Financial Due Diligence, M&A, audit, or assurance.
• Exposure to private‑equity and corporate transactions.
• Strong analytical and financial reporting abilities.
• Genuine interest in M&A and ambition for a long‑term career in deals.
• CPA or equivalent qualification preferred.
