Merchandiser – Retail Shelf & Display Specialist

About the role

Our Merchandising position offers an entry point into Anheuser‑Busch, allowing you to work directly with iconic beer and spirit brands on the retail floor. You will be responsible for ensuring product displays are attractive, well‑stocked, and aligned with brand standards. This role provides a pathway to grow a career within the company’s extensive merchandising network.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain product displays for Anheuser‑Busch brands.
• Organize, rotate, and stock shelves at assigned retail accounts.
• Transport products between backroom and display floor using manual equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
• Install permanent point‑of‑sale items and manage daily upkeep of the POS warehouse.
• Monitor backstock inventory, report levels, and secure damaged or defective product.
• Handle out‑of‑stock situations according to company procedures.
• Complete daily paperwork and all required company documentation.

Required profile

• At least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to lift, load, unload and move products up to 180 lb.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Passes post‑offer background and drug screening.
