Merchandiser – Full-time (Tallahassee, FL)

About the role

Join Breakthru Beverage as a Merchandiser in the Tallahassee area. You will be responsible for showcasing our beverage brands in retail locations, building eye‑catching displays, and ensuring product availability while driving to customer sites throughout the week.

Key responsibilities

• Stock and rotate shelves in new and existing accounts.
• Build and maintain point‑of‑sale displays and promotional materials.
• Manage store resets for remodels, grand openings, or seasonal changes.
• Develop strong relationships with key accounts and gather feedback on merchandising activities.
• Identify opportunities to increase brand presence, shelf facings, and cold‑box placements.
• Communicate out‑of‑stock situations and new product opportunities to the sales team.
• Maintain knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits offered by the company.

Required profile

• At least 21 years old, high school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Professional demeanor and sound judgment.
• Availability to work Tuesday‑Saturday, 7 am‑4 pm, with occasional weekends.
• Physical ability to lift and carry 45‑65 lb and perform frequent climbing, bending, and reaching.

Required skills

• Valid driver’s license.
• Basic computer and telephone operation.
