Member Services Supervisor

About the role

The Member Services Supervisor supports and oversees daily operations of the Member Services department at The Madison Club, ensuring an unparalleled experience for members and guests during the seasonal period from October 2026 to June 2027.

Key responsibilities

• Assist and oversee daily Member Services operations and maintain service levels.
• Coach and counsel staff, manage performance, and handle special projects.
• Handle reservations, itineraries, travel, entertainment tickets, and general member requests.
• Maintain game room, movie theater, and workspace while assisting members.
• Answer club phones, update member app and systems, and promote club events.

Required profile

• High school diploma (college degree preferred) with at least 2 years hospitality/customer service experience.
• 1‑2 years supervisory experience, outgoing personality, and strong communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts during March‑April.
• Professional appearance, dress‑code compliance, and ability to lift up to 25 lb.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Canva.
• Experience operating computers, copiers, and office equipment; willingness to learn new club software.
