Comfort Station Supervisor

About the role

The Madison Club is seeking a Comfort Station Supervisor to lead day‑to‑day service operations, ensuring a clean, well‑stocked, and customer‑focused environment for members and guests.

Key responsibilities

• Manage market lists, place orders, and maintain inventory levels for all Comfort Station items.
• Conduct weekly inventory counts and oversee daily set‑up and break‑down according to SOPs.
• Train and develop Comfort Station Attendants, ensuring they understand role expectations.
• Provide exceptional service to members and guests, addressing inquiries and maintaining a friendly atmosphere.
• Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations, reporting any maintenance or safety issues promptly.

Required profile

• Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor team members.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift items up to 50 pounds for extended periods.

Required skills

• Previous experience in a food & beverage supervisory role.
• High School diploma or GED.
