Member Communications Coordinator

About the role

Golden Ocala Golf & Equestrian Club is looking for a creative and personable Member Communications Coordinator to support the Membership Director. You will manage member communications, lead tours for prospective members, and help keep the club’s brand engaging across digital platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Create and manage content for the website, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Lead personalized tours for prospective members and answer membership questions.
• Maintain the club management database with accurate member and prospect information.
• Update the website with current events, news, and offerings.
• Develop, schedule, and track weekly email communications, monitoring open and click‑through rates.
• Design promotional materials, event flyers, and digital campaigns.
• Collaborate with the Events Team to plan and promote member events.
• Respond promptly to member inquiries via phone, email, and in‑person.

Required profile

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional, positive demeanor.
• Excellent organizational abilities and the capacity to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
• Problem‑solving mindset and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Experience using Meta Business Suite and managing content on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Basic math skills for reporting and scheduling.
