Medical Receptionist – OB/GYN (Full-Time)

About the role

Revere Health is seeking a friendly and energetic Medical Receptionist to join its OB/GYN practice in Pleasant Grove. You will be the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience both in person and over the phone.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients and visitors, answering or directing inquiries appropriately.
• Schedule appointments using the practice’s computer software, optimizing provider time and treatment room utilization.
• Collect and record patient demographics, insurance, and billing information accurately.
• Collect co‑payments, process payments, and reconcile daily cash reports.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient health and financial information.
• Handle unexpected office events and follow established policies and procedures.
• Perform light physical tasks such as lifting up to 10 pounds and standing for extended periods.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication, telephone etiquette, and customer‑service skills.
• Dependable, team‑oriented, friendly, and professional demeanor.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced, stressful environment.
• Medical office experience preferred but not required.
