Medical Receptionist & Billing Supervisor (Full-Time)

About the role

Revere Health is seeking a detail‑oriented Medical Receptionist who will also serve as Billing Supervisor. The role combines front‑desk patient interaction with hospital billing and coding responsibilities, supporting our OB/GYN services.

Key responsibilities

• Enter patient demographics, insurance, and health information with high accuracy.
• Greet patients, schedule appointments, and manage telephone inquiries.
• Collect copays, deductibles, and balance accounts; perform day‑end cash reconciliation.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and all applicable local, state, and federal regulations.
• Assist with hospital billing, review charges for accuracy, apply correct coding, and submit claims promptly.
• Research and resolve billing discrepancies, communicating with relevant departments.
• Supervise a small team of receptionists, create schedules, provide training, and monitor daily workflow.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized reception area and participate in end‑of‑day cleaning tasks.

Required profile

• Previous experience in medical or hospital billing, or healthcare administration.
• Knowledge of medical coding and charge submission processes.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and attention‑to‑detail skills.
• Ability to follow HIPAA rules and other legal requirements.
