Medical Assistant / Receptionist (PRN) – Internal Medicine & Endocrinology

About the role

Revere Health is seeking an on‑call Medical Assistant/Receptionist to support its Internal Medicine and Endocrinology clinics in Provo. The role combines patient care duties with front‑desk responsibilities in a fast‑paced outpatient environment.

Key responsibilities

• Room patients, record vital signs and pertinent information in the electronic medical record system.
• Maintain clean, orderly exam rooms and ensure they are stocked with necessary supplies and equipment.
• Clean and sterilize instruments according to clinic policy.
• Communicate test results and messages to patients promptly and courteously as directed by providers.
• Handle phone calls, faxes, and prescription processing per established protocols.
• Assist with receptionist duties, including scheduling and patient check‑in.

Required profile

• Prior experience as a Medical Assistant or in patient care is preferred.
• Dependable with strong customer service, organization, and attention to detail.
• Self‑starter, team player, friendly and professional demeanor.
• Ability to multitask efficiently in a busy office setting.
• Willingness to travel between Provo and the affiliated Endocrinology location.
• CPR certification required upon hire.
