Mechanical Engineer – Integrated Thermal Systems

About the role

We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer to design and develop integrated thermal systems for molten metal processing, heating solutions, and metal transfer applications. You will lead projects from concept through assembly, often working directly within customer environments.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret client technical specifications and create compliant proposals, suggesting alternative solutions when appropriate.
• Coordinate with Sales Engineers to align proposals with product portfolio and business goals.
• Lead proposal reviews, clarification sessions, and project kick‑off meetings.
• Deliver technical sales presentations and support business development opportunities.
• Provide post‑sales assistance, including drawings, solid models, and installation support.
• Develop SOPs, work instructions, and quality/EHS documentation to ensure compliance.
• Perform project management tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering.
• At least three years of experience in mechanical engineering.
• Prior project engineering experience with furnace control or hot‑metals applications is strongly preferred.
• Solid understanding of engineering science, raw materials, production processes, quality control, and cost optimization.
