About the role

The MBA Summer 2027 People Internship is a 10‑week program designed to develop future leaders within AB InBev’s People function. Interns gain industry exposure, work on high‑impact projects, and tackle real‑world challenges while being integrated into the business.

Key responsibilities

• Own and execute a strategic project that addresses a key business challenge.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with teams across the organization.
• Conduct market research, data analysis, and modeling to support decision‑making.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Engage in networking, mentorship, and professional development opportunities.

Required profile

• First‑year MBA candidate enrolled full‑time in a business school.
• 3‑10 years operational experience in People & Talent, Strategy, Operations or related functions.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Self‑starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and passion for the beverage industry.
• Demonstrated leadership, communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Authorized to work permanently in the United States without sponsorship.
