MBA Intern

About the role

Montauk Capital is seeking an MBA intern to join its remote team on a full‑time basis. The internship offers exposure to venture building, venture investing and platform operations within a fast‑growing investment management platform focused on the “Electron Economy”.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the venture building team in evaluating emerging technology companies.
• Support venture investing analysts with market research and financial modeling.
• Contribute to platform operations by helping coordinate portfolio company initiatives.
• Prepare briefings and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in or recently completed an MBA program.
• Strong interest in venture capital, technology, and energy‑focused startups.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
