Materials Associate – Warehouse

About the role

We are looking for a Materials Associate to support a high‑volume warehouse serving the Santa Ana and Costa Mesa locations. The role involves moving, organizing, tracking, and shipping materials while maintaining inventory accuracy.

Key responsibilities

• Process shipping and receiving, including pulling, packing, labeling, and loading products for shipment.
• Accurately transact material movements between sites and support production material delivery.
• Perform cycle counts, maintain inventory records, and identify shortages.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other handling equipment; move materials on and off trucks.
• Courier inventory between Santa Ana and Costa Mesa and expedite material flow based on production schedules.

Required profile

• 2+ years of warehouse or equivalent experience.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 50 lb.
• U.S. citizenship and eligibility for a security clearance (Secret or Top Secret preferred).
• Flexibility to work 1st or 2nd shift, including overtime and schedule changes.
• Strong attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills.

Required skills

• Forklift operation (certified preferred).
• Experience with WMS/ERP or inventory management systems.
• Computer proficiency for inventory transactions and tools like Slack.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office or similar productivity tools.
