About the role
We are seeking a Materials Associate to support shipping, receiving, inventory, and material movement across our Santa Ana and Costa Mesa locations. The role involves working 1st or 2nd shift with occasional overtime.
Key responsibilities
- Handle shipping and receiving activities, ensuring accurate documentation.
- Maintain inventory records and manage material movement between sites.
- Operate forklifts and assist with hazardous shipment packaging when required.
Required profile
- 2+ years of warehouse or similar experience.
- Valid driver’s license and U.S. citizenship.
- Local residency in Santa Ana or Costa Mesa, CA.
Required skills
- Forklift operation or certification.
- Experience with ERP or warehouse/inventory management systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
