Material Operator – Shift Work

About the role

As a Material Operator, you will be part of a team that keeps our manufacturing operation running safely, efficiently, and with pride for the products we produce and the customers we serve. Key responsibilities

• Operate powered industrial vehicles (PIV) and forklifts to transport materials between buildings.
• Plan, set up, and supply production lines with required materials.
• Coordinate with the production team to schedule raw‑material flow in and out of the department.
• Perform quality audits, pallet verification checks, and operate equipment safely.
• Follow plant and department safety rules while working closely with other operators and service groups.

Required profile

• At least 18 years of age and a high school diploma or GED.
• Valid Class D driver’s license and ability to obtain a PIV license and medical certification.
• Ability to work 8‑12 consecutive hours, including overtime, weekends, and holidays.
• Capability to lift and carry heavy materials and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Willingness to wear required personal protective equipment.

Required skills

• Powered industrial vehicle (PIV) operation.
• Forklift operation (cube truck, sit‑down, stand‑up).
• Material handling equipment operation.
• Basic computer usage.
