Material Handling and Warehousing Associate

About the role

Moog is seeking an entry‑level Material Handling and Warehousing associate to join its Materials Engineering team in Phoenix, AZ. The role supports daily logistics operations, ensuring smooth movement, storage and dispatch of materials and finished goods.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, inspect and store incoming shipments and prepare outbound orders.
• Pick, pack and label items for shipment, maintaining accurate inventory records.
• Operate low‑complexity motorized and non‑motorized material handling equipment safely.
• Assist with dispatch planning, transport scheduling and route coordination.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and loading areas.
• Support import/export and customs documentation as needed.

Required profile

• Entry‑level candidate with no prior experience required.
• Ability to follow established procedures under close supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Willingness to work onsite in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Operation of motorized and non‑motorized material handling equipment.
• Basic inventory control and record‑keeping.
• Loading, packing and driving of warehouse vehicles.
