Master Plumber

About the role

The Master Plumber will lead the installation of KOHLER‑brand bathroom products across Renuity locations, ensuring work exceeds industry standards and customer expectations. This senior role combines hands‑on plumbing expertise with team leadership and process development.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee journeymen plumbers and all plumbing work for Renuity projects in Nevada and other states.
• Develop and maintain the Renuity West Services Plumbing handbook and hire‑to‑retire practices.
• Coordinate permit processing, inspections, and follow‑up with the scheduler.
• Supervise installation and repair of shower, walk‑in bath, and water‑heater systems, including PEX and copper pipe assemblies.
• Train plumbers to communicate installation steps clearly to customers and to identify potential issues.

Required profile

• Master Plumber License in the State of Nevada (required).
• High school diploma or GED.
• 5+ years of bathroom remodeling or installation experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean motor‑vehicle record and reliable transportation.
