Marketing Services Manager – Advisors & Consulting

About the role

Envision this role as the pivot in a thrilling marketing services transformation, where you will drive growth marketing strategies and blend traditional marketing with innovative digital approaches. You will work within Mastercard’s Advisors & Consulting Services team, leveraging data and customer insights to deliver measurable business impact.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop tailored growth marketing strategies using data analytics, customer demographics and behavior to ensure measurable impact.
• Manage multi‑channel media platforms, including email campaigns, sponsored content and advertisements, optimizing visibility and lead generation.
• Lead creative development, media planning and end‑to‑end execution of Marketing Services projects focused on financial performance.
• Drive CRM and analytics initiatives, segment audiences, and apply lifecycle management and data‑visualization tools for decision‑making.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders, integrate AI into strategies, and mentor junior consultants.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in integrated and digital marketing planning with a data‑driven focus.
• Proven track record managing client accounts and delivering digital marketing solutions.
• Ability to plan and execute marketing campaigns across key channels to achieve impactful outcomes.
• Strong collaboration skills in a matrix organization, managing internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities, influencing clients on digital marketing value.
• Innovative mindset with experience launching complex digital marketing initiatives.
• Relevant marketing degree or equivalent experience.
• Fluent in English and eligible to work in the United States.
