Marketing Operations Coordinator

About the role

ANINE BING is seeking a Marketing Operations Coordinator to join its Creative team in Los Angeles. This hybrid position supports the daily flow of creative projects, ensuring campaigns, content, and teams stay aligned with the brand’s fast‑moving, refined DNA.

Key responsibilities

• Track and manage product samples across photoshoots, PR contacts, and styling agencies, handling inventory reconciliation and timely shipments.
• Coordinate PR gifting and product send‑outs to press and influencers, managing shipping, tracking, and courier logistics.
• Lead end‑to‑end photoshoot production, including planning, on‑site support, and coordination with talent agents, photographers, stylists, and vendors.
• Prepare and distribute call sheets, production schedules, shot lists, styling decks, and other shoot logistics.
• Prep samples for shoot‑ready use and other brand initiatives.
• Manage vendor and agent invoicing, expense tracking, and timely payment processing.
• Serve as communication liaison between Creative, E‑Commerce, Merchandising, and Wholesale teams, relaying updates and supporting production logistics before, during, and after shoots.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, creative operations, project coordination, or a related role within fashion, retail, or a creative agency.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Attention to detail and a genuine interest in creative production workflows.
• Clear, confident communicator with strong written and interpersonal abilities.
