Marketing Manager – Mobile Top‑Up

About the role

IDT is seeking a bilingual English/Spanish Marketing Manager to lead the International Mobile Top Up (IMTU) portfolio. You will drive revenue, customer acquisition and retention across the USA and international markets, overseeing digital campaigns, creative development and new product launches such as e‑gifts and calling plans.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and measure CRM campaigns including SMS, email and in‑app push notifications.
• Design and execute digital marketing programs for IMTU in the US, Canada and other countries.
• Lead creative development with designers or agencies for campaign assets.
• Analyse performance data, propose action plans and monitor growth metrics.
• Collaborate with product and sales teams to launch and market new or enhanced offerings.
• Conduct customer surveys to capture behavior, preferences and competitive insights.
• Oversee budget tracking and produce presentation decks on results and business analysis.

Required profile

• 5+ years of marketing experience in mobile top‑up, money‑transfer or related financial services.
• B2C digital marketing background with a proven track record of campaign execution.
• Marketing degree or equivalent qualification.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• High energy, results‑oriented mindset and strong project‑management abilities.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines.
