Marketing Manager – Digital Campaigns for Kids

About the role

PragerU is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead digital marketing initiatives for PragerU Kids. The role focuses on driving audience growth, engagement, and brand awareness across multiple digital channels in a fast‑paced, on‑site environment.

Key responsibilities

• Execute marketing campaigns for PragerU Kids across social media, email, paid advertising, e‑commerce, partnerships, and other digital platforms.
• Manage the marketing calendar and coordinate promotion of content, programming, products, educational resources, and books.
• Project‑manage initiatives from planning through completion, overseeing timelines, deliverables, assets, and approvals.
• Collaborate with Creative, Content, Social Media, Communications, Development, and other teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
• Support audience growth and engagement, identifying opportunities to expand the PragerU Kids audience.
• Monitor campaign performance, budgets, and key metrics; prepare reports and recommend improvements.
• Stay current on digital marketing trends and identify relevant platforms, tools, partnerships, and outreach opportunities.
• Serve as a day‑to‑day marketing resource and brand advocate, proactively addressing roadblocks.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, project management, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders.
• Proven ability to take direction and independently drive projects to completion.
• Experience with kids, family, educational, or youth‑focused content is strongly preferred.
