Marketing Event Manager

About the role

Zillow is looking for a Marketing Event Manager to shape and execute the company’s agent‑facing event strategy. This remote position will drive the planning, delivery, and measurement of regional activations, summits, webinars, and large‑scale brand experiences that deepen agent engagement and support revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead strategy and end‑to‑end execution of agent‑focused sales events, defining goals, audience experiences, and success metrics.
• Manage all event logistics including vendor coordination, speaker support, creative integration, run‑of‑show, onsite execution and virtual event quality.
• Build and scale a brokerage‑focused partnerships program with clear packages, tiers, assets, and activation opportunities.
• Identify, negotiate, and manage brokerage and industry partnerships that align with Zillow’s brand.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Sales, Brand, and Marketing to ensure compliant and effective programs.
• Create scalable playbooks, budget models, and project‑management systems to improve efficiency and predictability.
• Use reporting and executive communications to measure performance and continuously refine strategy.

Required profile

• Proven experience planning and executing B2B and B2C events at scale.
• Strong cross‑functional leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to develop partnership programs that generate mutual value.
• Excellent analytical mindset with a focus on metrics and continuous improvement.
