Marketing Director

About the role

Discovery Land Company is seeking a full‑time, year‑round Marketing Director to lead on‑the‑ground marketing efforts for its luxury high‑rise condominium community in Miami, FL. The role partners with corporate marketing and the local sales team to shape and execute the property’s sales and marketing program.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement best‑practice lifecycle frameworks for high‑rise residential projects.
• Provide brand and marketing expertise across collateral, public relations, media outreach, events, and overall presentation.
• Lead club communications strategy, focusing on storytelling and member engagement.
• Create and manage PR initiatives, including media relations, press releases, and strategic partnerships.
• Produce marketing narratives and storytelling from pre‑launch through sell‑out.
• Support sales with communications assets such as brochures, presentations, email campaigns, and digital content.
• Conduct market research and contribute to strategic planning for luxury condominium developments.
• Develop comprehensive marketing plans and budgets aligned with sales goals.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading marketing for luxury high‑rise residential or condominium projects.
• Strong cross‑departmental project management and sales collaboration skills.
• Excellent writing, communication, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and build effective relationships with internal teams, prospects, and the local community.
