About the role
Finalsite is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support its event marketing and public‑relations teams. This remote position offers hands‑on experience in event coordination, marketing automation, and campaign management, making it ideal for candidates beginning their marketing careers.
Key responsibilities
- Create and manage lead capture codes and Salesforce campaigns.
- Build landing pages and email campaigns for trade shows and Finalsite‑hosted events.
- Assist with budget tracking, expense documentation, and vendor coordination.
- Support project management in ClickUp to ensure cross‑department collaboration.
- Collaborate with teammates to generate ideas that drive event attendance and engagement.
- Produce presentations, Canva graphics, and other written communication materials.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong multimedia communication skills with attention to brand consistency.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Proactive, resourceful team player eager to learn.
