Marketing & Brand Communications Internship

About the role

Join Amex GBT’s global marketing and communications team as a Marketing, Brand Communications Intern. This remote position offers hands‑on experience in brand strategy, content creation, corporate communications, and stakeholder engagement within a leading travel management company.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing and executing global brand communications campaigns and ensure messaging consistency across all touchpoints.
• Create and curate content for internal and external channels such as intranet, social media, and newsletters; maintain brand asset libraries.
• Support corporate events, announcements, press releases, and internal communications projects.
• Conduct research on brand perception, market trends, and competitive landscape; help prepare reports and analytics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Interest or experience in travel, hospitality, or service industries is a plus.
• Self‑starter with a creative attitude toward problem‑solving and storytelling.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
• Comfortable working with global remote teams and various time zones.
• Proven ability to collaborate with all levels of management.
