Marketing Associate

About the role

The Marketing Associate supports LiNA Medical USA's marketing initiatives and its physician professional education program. The role promotes a growing portfolio of medical devices for minimally invasive gynecology and urogynecology, balancing work with management, field sales reps and physicians while implementing marketing tactics and supporting the administrative needs of the education program. The position is based in Norcross, Georgia.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing tactics such as email campaigns, print advertising and other activities to promote the product offering
• Support the professional education program by arranging educational events, updating key reports and managing hospital product approval logistics
• Handle conference and exhibition logistics
• Develop social media content
• Analyze data and create reports
• Maintain promotional materials inventory and demo product/model logistics
• Attend and take part in conference calls, training programs and sales meetings as required
• Perform other administrative functions to support the business

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing or a related field
• 2+ years of marketing experience and 1+ year of related experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to learn quickly, be detail oriented and work well independently or in a team
• Professional demeanor, self-motivated and highly engaged

Required skills

• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office
• Organized and able to use company systems and reporting tools
• Experience with Mailchimp and Google Ads preferred
