Market Coordinator – Los Angeles

About the role

ALSO, an electric‑mobility startup, is seeking a full‑time Market Coordinator in Los Angeles. Reporting to the Market Manager, you will bring the brand to life through mobile demos, retail experiences, and community activations, acting as the front‑line ambassador for our small EVs.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, high‑quality customer experiences in mobile and fixed retail settings.
• Educate visitors on ALSO vehicles, guide demo rides, and convert interest into qualified leads.
• Set up, execute, and break down mobile demo events, including driving the custom Rivian EV van.
• Maintain the demo fleet – keep vehicles clean, charged, and ready for customers.
• Represent ALSO at community events, pop‑ups, and partner activations.
• Support daily retail hub operations such as opening/closing, merchandising, and upkeep.
• Track inventory, generate basic reports, and care for assets.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in retail, events, sales, hospitality, or brand ambassadorship.
• People‑oriented, energetic, and comfortable working in a fast‑moving, early‑stage environment.
• Ability to operate vehicles safely and follow operational, safety, and compliance procedures.
